Claude’s career in post-production for film and television began when he created Covitec in the early 1980s. Initially a one-man operation, he built Covitec into one of Canada’s leading technical services companies. Astral Media acquired control of Covitec in 1999; Claude remained CEO and managed all aspects of operations, sales, and marketing with 400 employees and revenue of $60M.
In 2011, Claude became President of Technicolor Creative Services, providing a wide range of state-of-the-art technical services for the film and the television industries. The three principal lines of business included film, post-production and digital cinema. Claude was responsible for the complete range of services including motion picture labs, which processes film for American motion picture studios and independent producers around the world.
